  • When generating our images, we never use material that is not copyrighted by us; this is also known as ‘pure prompting’. Specifically, this means that we do not use images that are not ours and also do not infringe on the copyright of others, for example, by making additions such as ‘in the style of Wes Anderson…’

    Often, people think that AI-generated images use parts of other people's works taken from real photos. This is not the case. An AI image is generated pixel by pixel. This means that the chance of someone in an AI image resembling someone in real life is as likely as two people born from different parents looking exactly alike.

  • When images are generated by an AI model, they are not copyrighted. However, an image is not complete when it comes off the AI production line. The steps we take afterward are copyright-protected, and thus our images do have copyright. It also helps when we add brand assets for clients to the images: brand colors, logos, specific visual language. This is copyright-protected and gives our images copyright value.

  • Our standard images are suitable for a page-size advertisement. If necessary, we can upscale to images that are 200 cm high or wide, which is larger than most OOH purposes need. On request, we can also deliver larger formats.
